Online orders/shipping

When will my package(s) arrive?

You should receive tracking information once your item is on its way. For items in stock, I will take the item to the post office within the next three business days after you make the purchase. For made to order items, it may take a few weeks for them to be created and shipped. I will contact you if I come across any issues with your order!

My package is lost or delayed.

Once your order is with the shipping carrier, delivery times are out of my hands. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking info first, then with your local post office, and don’t hesitate to contact me for help. I will do everything I can to assist with package issues, however, I am not responsible for lost mail.

Artwork

What art mediums do you use?

All sorts! I often use acrylic paint in my work, other times I use procreate to make digital art on my tablet, I often use polymer clay, paper, resin, and insect specimens to make different pieces. I enjoy using a ton of different mediums to make sculptures. Occasionally I will create artwork with watercolors, pencils, markers, and pens!

Do you do custom pieces of artwork?

Yes, I am happy to take commissions, I will typically make announcements when my commissions are closed. Prices for commissions will vary, feel free to reach out for specifics. Please avoid sending AI generated reference photos and content.

When can I expect the next artwork drop?

I will be stocking my online store with artwork monthly, unless stated otherwise :)

What is your stance on AI?

I do not condone use of AI in creative spaces and never use it in any of my work including my plant/terrarium care guides, social media posts, flyers, art inspiration, artwork, photos, my website, and anything else. Any work I have created and anything I have on this site is AI free and written by me!!! 🚫AI

Artwork appearance (colors)

I do not edit the brightness/saturation/vibrance of my product photos, however, it is important to keep in mind there may be variation in artwork appearance depending on lighting in person and on camera. I attempt to photograph all artwork true to in person appearance. :)

Plants & Terrariums

My plant/terrarium is not doing well. What do I do?

I have written free resources to guide you with terrarium issues, common plant problems, and more. All resources I have created are not only from my professional experience, but also based on peer reviewed scientific research! Hopefully, they can be helpful to you. Feel free to contact me if you have questions that can’t easily be answered using the guides!

Insect specimens

Where do you source your insect specimens?

Currently, I collect all of my insect specimens already deceased. I frequently find them in garages, parking lots, basements, windowsills, outside, and other spots. For things like honey bee specimens, I have been gifted dead bees by local beekeepers in the area! I am currently in the process of vetting online sources for humanely collected bugs/specimens.
